Crafted at the famed Fujigen factory and only available in the Japanese domestic market, this 1982 Greco FV-500 Flying V is a righteous example of vintage MIJ craftsmanship. With a set neck, long tenon construction, and a pair of punchy Maxon-made humbuckers, it’s clearly modeled after a late ’50s V — from the sharp winged body to the gold hardware and split diamond headstock inlay. The neck has a fast, medium C carve that feels instantly familiar, and the guitar rings out acoustically with impressive resonance and snap. Whether you’re collecting Greco’s golden era or chasing a vibey, road-ready Vs, this guitar is a great addition in anyone’s collection and with a fresh setup it is ready to rock!
