1976 Fernandes Burny Custom FST Series Stratocaster

This 1976 Fernandes Burny Custom FST Series Stratocaster is a killer slice of early Japanese craftsmanship, built during the golden age of “lawsuit-era” copies and loaded with vintage mojo. Featuring a lightweight contoured body, maple neck, and grey-bottom single coils, this Strat delivers snappy attack, glassy highs, and a warm, punchy midrange that’s pure '70s goodness. The oversized headstock and three-bolt neck plate complete the vibe, while the vintage-style tremolo adds all the wobble you could want.

It’s in great vintage condition, showing honest wear and patina that add to its road-worn character without compromising playability. The frets have plenty of life left, and the neck plays beautifully up and down with that familiar Strat feel. A rare and vibey find from Fernandes’ early years that’s ready to go another few decades.

Finish: The body has a fairly amateur refinish in Candy Apple Red with a gold detail near the arm bevel
