1995 K. Yairi RAG-6 14 Fret Parlor Guitar

by Clingan Guitars

£921.00

A beautifully crafted 14-fret parlor, this 1995 K. Yairi RAG-6 is a testament to the meticulous hand-built quality of Japan’s finest luthiers. With a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a slim soft V neck profile, it offers a warm, focused voice with great note separation and a woody midrange punch. The shorter scale and compact body make it a fingerstyle dream, while still holding up well under a flatpick. Tasteful appointments like herringbone trim, a slotted headstock, and diamond inlays give it a vintage-inspired aesthetic that’s refined without being flashy.

It’s lightweight, resonant, and has clearly been well cared for, showing only light signs of use over nearly 30 years. Perfect for songwriting, recording, or the couch, it’s a rare model that captures the best of boutique steel-string design without the boutique price tag.

This guitar is a great addition in anyone’s collection and with a fresh set up it is ready to go!
